What does the ticket include?
The whale shark tour entrance, life vest and snorkeling equipment are included. Ticket-only guests arrange their own travel to and from Libertad. The boat activity is approximately 30 minutes, separate from your transport time.
What does the round-trip package add?
The package includes scheduled Caticlan–Libertad road transport in both directions. The Boracay–Caticlan boat fare of ₱100 round trip is paid by the operator. The journey from Boracay to the Libertad whale shark site takes approximately 45 minutes; sea conditions, boarding and traffic can affect the total journey.
Which cost is paid separately?
Your E-trike ride from your hotel to the 7-Eleven meeting point at Cagban Port, Boracay is your own expense. Allow approximately ₱150 as an estimate, and confirm the actual fare with the driver. Do not treat the package price as including every journey from your hotel.
How much does a group pay?
At the listed round-trip rates, two Filipino guests total ₱3,800. One Filipino guest and one foreign guest total ₱4,200. These examples exclude your separately paid E-trike fare. Select guest numbers in the booking form to see your own total.
When is payment due?
There is no deposit for a booking request. After the operator confirms your arrangements, show your booking voucher and pay only at the official Libertad Whale Shark local office on tour day. Show your booking voucher before paying. Do not pay at the meeting point. If the operator cancels because the tour cannot operate due to weather, no payment is due. Wildlife sightings are not guaranteed; the published policy does not offer a refund solely for no sighting after the tour has operated.
