Your information and your tour

JKLAU CORP., Barusbus, Libertad, Antique, Philippines, operates this booking website and is responsible for the booking and inquiry information collected here.

What we collect

For a booking, we collect your lead guest name, email, phone number, tour date, meeting slot, guest numbers and package selection. Passenger names and an ID or passport copy may be provided optionally. We record your privacy acknowledgement, document reminder acknowledgement and, when a copy is uploaded, your separate ID-processing consent. For an inquiry, we collect your name, subject and message, together with a privacy acknowledgement. Do not include passwords, medical details or ID images in an inquiry.

Why we use it

We use these details to handle your booking request, coordinate tour and ticket arrangements, contact you about your booking, record payments and respond to inquiries. Optional ID copies are used for identity and ticket verification. They are not required to request a booking and are not collected for marketing. Bring your hotel voucher and the required valid ID or passport on tour day even if a copy was uploaded.

Who may receive it

Authorized operator staff access booking and inquiry records. Necessary guest details may be shared with the transport or ticket personnel arranging your tour. Supabase supports our database, authentication and private ID storage. Cloudflare hosts the website and provides Turnstile security checks. These services may process information outside the Philippines depending on their infrastructure and the project region selected by the operator. We do not sell your booking or inquiry details.

Retention and deletion requests

Records are kept for tour administration, payment records, handling questions or disputes, and applicable legal requirements. The operator must review retention needs and remove information when it is no longer necessary. Optional ID copies should be removed once verification is complete unless there is a specific continuing lawful need. This website does not currently run an automatic deletion schedule; retention reviews and deletion are handled by the operator.

Your privacy requests

You may ask about access, correction, objection, withdrawal of optional ID consent or deletion, subject to applicable law and legitimate record-keeping needs. Use Contact us with the subject “Privacy request”. Include your booking or inquiry reference where available, but do not send a password or another ID copy. We may need to verify that the request concerns your own information. Keep the inquiry reference and private code to check our reply.

Website storage and security

The admin login session is stored in that browser tab’s session storage. An inquiry retry identifier and private lookup code are also kept in your tab to prevent accidental duplicate submissions. Your saved inquiry receipt gives access to the inquiry: keep it private. Turnstile processes security signals to check submissions. We use access controls and a Content Security Policy; no website can promise absolute security.

This notice is version 2026-10-10. Ask JKLAU CORP. through the inquiry page if you have questions about handling your information. A privacy notice and checkbox do not replace the operator’s responsibility to implement appropriate privacy practices.
